Pressure Forming Design for Manufacturability

Alpha Plastics, a family owned and operated business founded in 1976, provides design for
manufacturability services for plastic products. Our design for manufacturability (DFM) services cover the full range of pre-production: CAD design, material selection, material thickness selection, and process selection, in order to ensure that your product is designed for the most cost-effective and efficient production possible. In fact, we'll even tell you if the best manufacturing process for you would be one that we cannot offer.

Experienced, Rapid Prototyping Services

We are able to work with an existing product or an item that you provide us, to reverse engineer and design from the ground up. We also use our thermoforming capabilities for thermoformed prototypes, which have a slightly longer lead time than SLA rapid prototyping, but have the advantage of ready-to-use tooling.
